My heart goes out to the entire staff, management and family of the ever conservative and innovative managing director of my favorite Bank “Guaranty Trust Bank” Tayo Adenirokun who passed away in the United Kingdom yesterday after a prolonged illness.
I have been told that there are no prayers for the dead but I sincerely hope that he has gone to be with our lord and savior Jesus Christ.
It was quite touching to see flags being flown at half mask at GTB offices today.
I say he deserves a standing ovation for maintaining the integrity of GTB and not making the hot EFCC list in his life time. This gentleman will surely be missed.
