I have observed that a womans beauty is complimented by a gorgeous hairdo.some women rock the boyish, i dont give a rats ass look while some wear it long in the brazillian way.Can you tell a womans mood by the way she wears her hair? I say YES! if she is sexy,tacky,simple,nerdy,boyish,divalicious or just scruffy her hair will tell it all.
If you can rock a low cut then you are damn pretty!
